Terms of service for the Always With You Wiki fan site — acceptable use, content accuracy disclaimers, intellectual property notes, and liability limits.
Обновлено:
By using the Always With You Wiki you agree to these simple terms. The short version: this is a free fan project, offered as-is, and the game belongs to its actual developer.
1. What this site is
An independent, fan-made reference for the game Always With You: Meow & Mystery. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snowyowl Studio, Antelus Games, or Valve. All game names, characters (including Mia, Caramel, Snow, and Kinoko), artwork, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
2. Content accuracy
Game data on this wiki is researched from official and community sources and dated on every article. The game is in active development toward a planned 2026 release, so details can change without notice. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind; verify critical details (prices, dates, requirements) against official pages before acting on them.
3. Acceptable use
- You may read, link to, and quote this site with attribution.
- You may not scrape, republish wholesale, or present this site's content as your own.
- No automated abuse of the site (excessive crawling, load testing, injection attempts).
4. External links
The site links to official platforms (Steam, YouTube, Discord, the developer's site). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site's maintainers are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
